Background & History

In 2000, C1 India embarked on its journey into the e-procurement domain by offering e-Procurement services and solutions in a then-nascent market.

In just two years C1 established itself as a niche player in e-Procurement. The first big opportunity came in 2002 when the Government of Andhra Pradesh chose C1 to set up an e-marketplace for it.

The project went on to win the Golden Icon Award for ‘Exemplary Implementation of e-Governance Initiative’.

Since then C1 has climbed up the ladder of success, continuing to lead the innovation curve by meticulously listening to customers and analyzing the demand and needs of the market.

C1 was the first company to roll-out e-procurement project for the Government Of India.

C1 is an ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 27001:2022 certified CMMi Level 5 company that offers best-of-breed procurement focused solutions.

Signed MoU with n-Code for rolling out e-Procurement system in Gujarat

2010

1^st International Project – Country wide rollout Oman Government

2015

Conducted FM Channel Auctions - 839 FM Channels across 294 cities

2017

C1 hired by Government of Rajasthan for rollout of state-wide e-Procurement

2018

Launched B2B Marketplace Portal

2019

The Tender Board-Kingdom of Bahrain signed contract for country-wise procurement with C1

2020

Launched AuctionOnClick Portal

2021

Govt. of Jharkhand Selected C1 for implementation of e-Auction services.

2022

BPCL- Complete e-Procurement pan India
BHEL- Nation wide e-Procurement across 18 locations.

2023

Govt. of Chhattisgarh Selected C1 for implementation of e-Auction services.

2024

DGH Selected C1 for implementation of eProcurement services.
